How it all started...

Anna and I met about 6 years ago down in Brazil at a youth conference. She was linving in Sao Paulo at the time, wich was 4 hours north of were I lived and the conference was held. Her dad, against her will, sent her down to the conference knowing that it was the best thing at the time. Since then, we kept in contact on a daily basis until 5 months later, when she turned 16 and we started going out...

Things were doind pretty well until december, when her dad told us that they had just been called to serve as mission presidents in the Portugal Lisbon Mission, starting in July/03...Sure enough, we were sad about it...we were prepared to stay away from each other only when I was to go serve a mission in Dec/03, not six months earlier.

In December of 2003 was my turn to go serve a mission, in the Canada Toronto East Mission - Portuguese Speaking. While I was there, Anna came to the US to go to school at BYU in Provo, UT and I also applyed to come to school here, even though it was not in my plans when I left to Canada. In December of 2005 I returned from my mission straight to Rexburg, ID, where I was to start school in Jan/06.

When I got here, I wento to Provo to see Anna and see how things were. We then decided to get married in that same year, just after her parents were done with their mission in Portugal in July of 2006. But before they were done, we both went to Portugal to visit them.

In August of 2006 we got married in Brazil, at the Sao Paulo Temple and then moved back to Rexburg, were we both are attending school now. We have been realy happy ever since, besides the fact that Anna HATES the weather up here...heheh...

We are now expecting a baby for October. We couldn't be happier.
